Experience
I started teaching yoga in 2015. It was the Absolute Hot Yoga series, which was Ashtanga-based and fairly similar to Bikram Yoga. I currently teach HIIT Pilates and Hatha Yoga online.
Education
I obtained my first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate in 2015. I am also certified in PIIT28, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Kids Yoga.
