To manage the Principal’s diary and to handle all confidential information with discretion.
Set up new Personnel files, including retain/archive recruitment files, and provide recruitment data for SLT/Governors as required.
To be responsible for new staff induction packs and support induction programmes.
Take responsibility for tasks and decisions from the Principal and manage and solve problems.
Provide administrative support to the Principal, Vice Principals, and Senior Leadership Team.
To attend meetings, document actions arising from meetings attended by the Principal, Management Team, and self. Prepare, take, type, and circulate minutes and record information and action points. Under the direction of the Principal, and with guidance from HR, produce letters and other HR documentation as appropriate.
In conjunction with the Principal, liaise with HR to ensure appropriate guidance is followed with all staff matters and advice sought and actioned quickly.
