As an Avaya Manager at the Ministry of Education – UAE, I managed the online support team and the Avaya system, ensuring the quality and reliability of the communication and collaboration tools for the ministry's employees, teachers, and public users. I also participated in the migration of the ministry's data and applications to Azure and Microsoft 365, leveraging my certification as an Azure Administrator Associate and my knowledge of PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Teams.

I have over seven years of experience in technical support, service desks, IT service operation, and customer care, working for various organizations in the UAE, such as Etisalat, Emaar, and ADEK. I have a BS degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Balqa Applied University, and I am fluent in English and Arabic.
