I am an experienced IT and Administration professional with a strong background in managing technical operations, student services, and institutional administration. I have hands-on experience in IT support, system troubleshooting, student visa processing, and coordinating with government authorities to ensure compliance with procedures. I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering efficient and reliable solutions in both technical and administrative roles

•  Oversee daily administrative operations across academic and training departments to ensure smooth
functioning of the institute.
•  Processing student visas and coordinating with AXS (Smart Service Platform by TECOM) for medical tests
and Emirates ID procedures, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
•  Plan, launch, and manage paid online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
•  Oversee and resolve student issues, manage all student-related inquiries to ensure a smooth and
supportive experience.
•  Responsible for designing brochures, prospectuses, profiles, and other promotional materials for the Institute through the use of Canva and Photoshop.
