Responsibilities;

·        Compiled all requisitions brought by the suppliers, cash reports and sent them to the head office.

·        Contributed ideas to the smooth operation flow of the cafe.

·        Ensured availability of enough supplies before work started. 

·        Maintained good hygiene at work.

·        Assisted in the calibration and operated machines as a junior staff barista.

·        Consistently served high quality espresso shots like beverages, Piccolo, Spanish Latte, V.60, Cortado.

·        Involved in the education of customers on different processes how beverages  go through from plant to cup such as the coffee origins of that day like Brazilian, Ethiopian beans and Kenyan beans.

·        Also ensured that quality coffee was served to the customers.
