I am a Graduate in Automobile Engineering and had been worked as auto service advisor for
3 years and further worked as sourcing evaluator for 3 years. I acted as the inter mediator be-
tween service technicians and customers, explaining the Service Technician’s recommendations
to the customer in easy-to-understand language and suggesting up-sell opportunities to keep the
customer’s vehicle safe. I have a proven track record in cultivating and maximising high value
business processes and systems in a large dealership. Also valuable expertise in sourcing luxury
and classic cars using deep automotive knowledge and passion to develop client relationship and
industrial contacts. I have the ability to think analytically and conduct market research to deter-
mine most effective marketing and advertising strategies. I focused on maintaining a balance on
customer satisfaction and company profit.

I worked as service advisor in the company named AM motors, India for 3 years (2016-19). The company have authorized dealership of Maruthi Suzuki cars, buying and sales of maruthi certified used cars. Further I worked as a senior sourcing evaluator in the same company for next three years(2019-22).
