I am a licensed Electronics Engineer and became a Project Network Engineer in one of the biggest
Telecommunication companies in the Philippines for 2 years.
As I started to venture into the hospitality industry in Sheraton Sharjah, I acquired more skill and
knowledge, further enhancing my understanding, on how to properly have professional relationships with
people. Starting from Customer Service as a VIP Lounge attendant and Guest Service Center/Telephone
Operator, and as an Engineering Coordinator.
I have moved to Le Royal Meridien Abu Dhabi as the Engineering Maintenance Coordinator, and eventually
got promoted as the Engineering Maintenance Executive. I had handled Engineering Department
administrative duties, projects, plus supervising the whole operation most importantly the hotel guest rooms.
I demonstrated success as an Engineering Executive, by properly supervising preventive maintenance,
ensuring the 5-star quality of our hotel. Also, coordinating with other departments to ensure their
satisfaction on quality and progress, creating healthy inter-department relationships. This is all done by
dispatching work assignments to our engineering technicians, and by properly monitoring all progress done
by our Engineering Team. Teamwork is the key.
After almost 2 years, I moved and worked as the Personal Assistant of the Chairman/CEO of Bin Otaiba
Hospitality and hisfamily. Also handling the Guest Relations at Corniche Hotel Abu Dhabi.
I’m currently working as the Executive Secretary to the Chairman of Ajyal Holding LLC, assisting the 
Chairman in his daily meeting, works, and projects.
With years of experience in Customer Service and Engineering Administrative, I have gained great
background in interpersonal relationships with clients, suppliers, guests, and fellow workmates. Kindness
and courtesy are at the root of a positive customer service experience. Proven ability to manage multiple
projects in a fast-paced work environment. Fosters positive relationships internally across all levels of
management and externally with clients and business professionals.
At the moment, I’m looking for a new role with a company culture and environment that can help me grow to
be a better version of myself and for my career.
