I'm an enthusiastic and well-organized professional with extensive experience and a diverse skill set. Currently, I serve as a Product Registration and Compliance Officer (Planning) at Alshaya. Transitioning from the medical field presented a significant shift, requiring me to quickly acquire new skills while leveraging my existing knowledge of regulatory standards. Embracing this change, I've grown personally and professionally, particularly in fostering collaboration across internal and external departments to achieve shared objectives.

Previously, I gained valuable experience in medical and insurance audits at Kuwait Hospital, honing my abilities in observation and problem-solving. My dedication and adaptability have consistently enabled me to excel in various roles, contributing not only to my own development but also to the success of the organizations I've been a part of.

Throughout my career, I've embraced diversity, constantly adapting to new challenges and opportunities for growth. It all started during my tenure as a Pharm D intern, where I undertook responsibilities such as drug chart monitoring, patient counseling, and prescription handling. Graduating during the onset of the Covid pandemic meant that job opportunities for fresh graduates were primarily remote, I seized the chance to work with e-commerce platforms like Amazon Pharmacy. This experience sparked my interest in investigative roles, and I found myself engaging in customer service duties, which proved both challenging and rewarding. 

Relocating from India to Kuwait marked the beginning of a new chapter filled with opportunities, and I eagerly embraced one at Kuwait Hospital. Initially starting as a receptionist, I swiftly transitioned to the role of Medical and Insurance Auditor within a month. This advancement proved to be a breakthrough, allowing me to further cultivate skills such as keen observation, effective prioritization, and seamless collaboration with doctors, patients, and insurance providers. Subsequently, my position at MH Alshaya as a Product Registration & Compliance Officer solidified my passion for regulatory affairs. This role served as a platform for honing skills in deductive reasoning, fostering collaboration with regulatory bodies abroad, mastering negotiation techniques, delivering precise information, and fostering a culture of teamwork.

I have completed my Doctor of Pharmacy program, which is a integrated master's degree emphasizing clinical practice. The program encompasses various areas such as industrial, clinical, community, and research pharmacy, along with training in statistics and epidemiology.
