Experience

I have over nine years of experience in the restaurant industry in France. I focused on bartending because I love creating new things and developing knowledge about what I taste. I also enjoy taking guests on a journey, telling them a story through their tasting experience.


 


 

Education

After obtaining a diploma unrelated to my chosen career path in hospitality, I was hired as a waitress and later as a barmaid. During this time, I completed a bartender training program to deepen my knowledge of wine and champagne in particular, followed by another training focused on cocktails.
