About Aqib Ali:

My name is Aqib Ali a qualified Chartered Accountant. I was born and Brought-up in India  . During my career, I am having exposure in the field of Statutory Auditing, Indirect Taxation  (GST) , Departmental Audit , Concurrent Audit of Private sector Banks.)Currently i am working as deputy manager in ICICI Bank 

Experience

  • Audited several clients and evaluated the effectiveness of control measures in the processes of procurement (P2P), inventory management.
  • Testing of Internal Financial Controls.
  • Performed the fixed asset reporting, which includes ensuring records are accurate and complete, as well as verifying assets physically.
  • Audited the functions of human resources where we performed the analytical procedures and trend analysis and also ensured the effectiveness of controls in place.
  • Led the team of 5 for conducting the stock audit
  • Performed the concurrent audit of Axis bank 
  • Conducted the cut off procedure with respect to expense and further validated completeness and accuracy of supporting documents. 
  • Assisted the CGST department in auditing the service tax and the GST departmental audit.
  • Conducted special Audits for the CGST Department
  • Conducted the GST audit of Dharampal Premchand ltd, Geo India Pvt Ltd, and also assisted in IIT Delhi audit.
  • Compilation and preparation of GST return for various corporate and non-corporate clients.
  • Performed other miscellaneous activities which include ITR filing, Individual Tax audits, TDS return filling and other.
  • Assisted the team in handling Insolvency as per IBC 2016
  • Filing of DIR 3 and other Roc Forms
