I come with strong analytical, business & Technical operations background in the banking and financial industry with a focus on operations automation, risk management, credit scoring, collection, and recoveries. over 15 years of comprehensive experience, in functional head roles. I am a process-oriented, standard-driven, ambitious person with a growth mindset who believes in consistency and takes responsibilities seriously.

I have developed a wide range of abilities and capabilities over the years to make sure that I constantly hold both my team and myself to the highest standards. i come with a growth mindset, which makes me very ambitious and the urge to learn motivated me to take up further studies to develop my competencies and skills to add additional value to my career to confront the challenges of evolving technologies in the service industry in order to meet the highest standards. I run regular workshops, brief my team, monitor our progress, and ensure that we complete tasks on schedule and to the required standards.

I truly am an all-arounder.
