I have 10yrs of experience in Customer Service for a UK based Insurance Company, 

I have 5yrs of experience in Customer service/ Telemarketing Representative in UAE.

I am currently working for an IT consulting firm, since 5months.

I wish to work for a customer care call center, in which I have excel for 10yrs, I wish to use that experience of mine in my future career.
