• Excellent knowledge and experience of AHU selection software programs to design equipment to meet client specifications and also, Knowledge of different types of AHUs, their anatomy, and understanding of basic codes and standards. 
• Software expertise in various VRF selection software programs to design systems with the specifications.
• Tendering & Cost estimation (carried out all the works until submitted the bid proposal) Air conditioning chilled water and VRF/DX systems.
• Tendering & Cost estimation (carried out all the works until submitted the bid proposal) Fire Protection and Fire detection alarm systems.
• Prepare Inquiries, BOQ preparations, and related schedules & comparisons.
• Upkeep departmental records and documentation.
