• Assist with the preparation, analysis and verification of accounting records to ensure accuracy and             adherence to reporting and procedural standards
• Assist with month-end and year end closings
• Assist with Tax filings (GST) 
• Assist with the preparation of financial statement 
• Petty cash handling & other Administration works as required by the department
• Maintain Accounts Receivable & Payable ledgers, checking, verifying and posting
• Bank reconciliation and reconciliation of debtors and creditors
• Record and process employee expense reports and reconciles credit card statements
• Prepare payroll: checking time sheet and preparing individual and consolidated payroll sheet based on monthly attendance report
• Participate in meetings as required
• Provide support to operations staff for ongoing accounting issues 
• Research and resolve account reconciling items
