• Installed, upgraded, and verified hardware and software applications.

• Taken care of LAN related problems.
• Installing and troubleshooting of software’s MS office and Adobe Products.
• Installing and Configuring MS-Outlook 2003/2007/2010/2013/2016/
Office 365 through POP3 and Web Access to the e-mails over the Internet.
• Installing VMWare workstation.
• Exposure in hardware troubleshooting on Desktops, Laptops, MAC Machines.
• Maintaining and configuring other Software like Symantec, McAfee Virus scan.
• Remote Management – Using Terminal Service, Dame Ware, VNC and Go to Assist.
• Setting up shared folders, local & network printers and mapped drive.
• Knowledge in Cisco VPN Client.
• Monitoring Bandwidth usage using PRTG Network Monitoring Tool.
• Software Package Installation / Troubleshooting / Bug Fix.
• Configuring and maintain Network Printers and stand-alone Printers.
• Responding all inquiries and tickets in a timely manner and Escalating tickets to appropriate level and team.
• Addressing User complaints and issues through PULSE Ticketing System, Phone calls and Chat.
• Maintaining a knowledge base for problems faced and respective solutions.
