I have an overall experience of 6 yrs as a customer service executive in call centres handling outbound, inbound, email and chat support. My communication skills in English is excellent and my job involved working in a high paced environment under pressure handling multi tasks. I love the job of helping people as I beleive helping people is a duty and not a choice. Pitching for sales was also a part of the job apart from customer satisfaction and retention.
