 I am an experienced HR professional , proficient in recruitment, on / off boarding, employee lifecycle management , compensation & benefits,  payroll and development  of HR solutions and have worked for organizations in UAE.

I have extensive experience in the development and implementation of programs for employee engagement , performance management  , Leave management, Health insurance, Life insurance and in maintenance of complete employee records ( payroll, attendance and overtime) . I have also handled statutory compliances, visa renewal and cancellation.

My qualifications include MBA  in Human Resource &Marketing , BBA.
