It’s a Nasdaq Dubai listed Real Estate Investment Trust, which has Gross Assets of over $350million, currently have Dubai based portfolio of 11 assets diversified into commercial offices, residential and alternative assets. • Stellar role in leading the array of functions as:
• Developing internal controls, policies & procedures for the company and ensuring strict compliance to the same 
• Formulating annual budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results 
• Finalising the Annual and Interim Consolidated Financial Statements and Quarterly NAV as per IFRS
• Steering automation & standardization of reporting/ financial process requirements for driving overall efficiency and accuracy

• Played a key role in registering MCML and MGR in ADGM 
• Developed Internal Controls, Policies & Procedures for the company for continuous monitoring
• Finalised Annual Consolidated Financial Statements and Quarterly NAV which are prepared as per IFRS Standards

• General Ledger to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the accounting record
