Am Asikoli Columbos from Cameroon, am a graduate with Bachelor degree in law. I have work with Telecommunication Network in cameroon (M. T. N) for 6years(2015-2021)  as customer service representative. My main priority was customer satisfaction. 2022-2023 ,I worked with Rolling Wheels Entertainment company UAE Abu Dhabi  as a customer service representative. Having customer fucus

Experience

As for my professional experience, I have the customer service skill were I put the customer first. The customer must be satisfied with the services I rendered to him or her. If am unable , then I send it to my superior were we shall provide the solution to that problem. 

Then I have to follow up customers who are using our products, given them updates of our new offers or products in the company.

Thirdly I have to make monthly report and send to the management telling them about customer issues face with our products and how far I went  to solve the problem.

2007-2009 I have my High School degree at G. B. H. S. Kumba

2005-2007 I have my Ordinary Level at K. C. C
