About Athira Sreejith:

I am a pleasant & polite person and extremely good with children and grownups alike. I am passionate about interacting with people and knowing their requirements and meeting their expectations. I have gained over 9 years of overall professional hands-on experience in the diverse work environment such as Customer Service Management & Client Relations, Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) & Banking Operations, which includes close to 1 year of experience in the field of Occupational Health & Safety in the United Arab Emirates. I've associated with brands such as Indigo Airlines, Taj Group of Hotels, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd., and so on. I can proudly say I have even worked for EY, one of the world's Big 4 auditing companies. I am extremely professional and a self-starter. Being proactive and exuberant in nature has gotten me many awards and recognitions in my past working experience. Apart from my excellent people skills and sound knowledge of Customer Relations Management; I am a B.A. Tourism and Travel Studies graduate along with a certification in BTEC HNC course Aviation, Hospitality & Travel studies accredited by Edexcel, UK. Some of my other certifications include Aviation Security Awareness Programme, Dangerous Goods Regulation, Airport Operations & Customer Service Graduation Training, NEBOSH IGC, and so on. Exceptional interpersonal & Communication skills are my key strengths. I can converse in Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam & Tamil apart from English. Also basic Arabic language proficiency.  

My purpose in working for your company is to bring harmony and a good lifestyle to myself and my family in a multicultural country like UAE.
