Transitioning of End-to-End Financial accounting activities from North America to Shared Service center in Pune. 

• Strong business partnering with the site controller / Division Controllers to drive financial management & process. • Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliation reviews. 

 • Participated in the Electrical Pondicherry Internal Audit project as a guest auditor and successfully provided inputs for better internal control.

 • Financial reporting and variance analysis, financial planning and budgeting, monthly forecasting.  Prepare and present monthly quarterly & annual financial reporting package for higher management.

• Support in statutory audit for preparing financial statements and supporting to the FS and liaison with the auditors for the service and manufacturing industry. 

• Freight capitalization process improvement along with the SCM team. 

• Built a month-end reporting deck for management review. • Led process improvement to identify the AMC for software licenses to forecast correct expenses and reduce variances. • Conceptualized vendor reconciliation process to reduce urgent payments. 

• First-time adoption of new lease accounting in 2019 for US GAAP and IGAAP (Ind AS). • Internal Controls – liaison with various teams to document the fixed assets and the revenue segments of the ICFR. 

• Led Tax Split Project – Process correction in the system to avoid manual entries and avoid imbalance in the accounts. 

• Fixed Asset Management – Cleanup of the Fixed Asset register by verifying with physical assets, Fixed asset retirement based on the review.
