JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overseeing and coordinating daily activities of the project with subcontractor and client, including scheduling of inspection, testing and equipment installation as per the weekly lookahead plan.
• Assist client in developing a project QA/QC vision and strategy.
• Attend project weekly quality meeting with client’s management team.
• Preparing meeting minutes and follow up the comments for quality improvement.
• Manage and mentor the subcontractor’s Quality team members.
• Hold project teams accountable for quality control program requirements.
• Manage and update QA/QC program requirements.
• Assist in review and development of project specifications of code compliance and constructability within standards.
• Assist in the development of QA/QC processes and standard to enable clients successful project completion.
• Develop, implement and manage the subcontractor Quality audit schedule.
• Manage subcontractor’s QA/QC program to ensure it meets Owner’s contract requirement.
• Ensure all the construction activity in the project understands the code and specification requirement.
• Perform onsite field inspection, observation of installation and installed works.
• Recommend and implement corrective action based on policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Record observations from job site inspection and complete inspection report.
• Other duties as assigned by Quality Manager and company management.

B.Tech Mechanical Engineering, 

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering,
