• Review completed vehicle condition reports with inspectors – confirm and provide advice regarding report results
• Enter basic vehicle identification information to database
• Assess and database enter any exterior vehicle damage
• Inspect vehicle equipment and options and document results
• Complete and verify data entry in support of documentation of vehicle condition
• Inspect and enter condition of vehicle interior, tires, frame and mechanical components
• Prepare support documentation related to vehicle condition including vehicle identification data, condition description; repair costs estimates, photographs, etc

• Complete thorough vehicle inspections by obtaining an accurate assessment of the vehicle in the form of a detailed and well-written report and taking pictures of visible damage on the vehicle
• Other related duties as assigned (i.e. completing yard responsibilities, declaring personal belongings left in vehicles by recording information, collection and storing, estimating approximate cost in repairing damages.)

• Monitor all work area conditions, vehicles, property and equipment to ensure they are within corporate standards for cleanliness, proper maintenance and safety.
