Responsibilities: 
•Maintaining customer records on database. 
•Handling inbound calls & assisting customers with their travel queries. 
•Assisting the customers with the flight/Hotel bookings, amendments etc 
•Providing Concierge Services to Customers such as Car rental •Timely follow up with customer and taking necessary feedback for better service
