• Prepared the short and long service program planning for the equipment, light vehicles, heavy trucks & the utilities machines as manufacturer recommendation
• Prepared the yearly proposal for the all the Fleet lubricant needs as the manufacture recommended and monitored the consumption
• Following up the daily activities for the service section which consist from sub five workshops such as service station (terminal for lubrication, washing, greasing vehicles) , seats repair work shop , body repair workshop ,tire work shop and utilities workshop (such as air compressors , pumps , diesel generators & etc …)
• Approving for the work request order and request the needed spare parts from the main stores
• Preparing the section operation budget which contains the consumed materials and parts, the manpower's cost and all the operation resources beside the section capital budget for replacement & growth section assessments
• Monitoring the service quality and the staff performance
• Evaluating for acceptance or rejection the section material quotation offers
• Managing the section man powers Annual leaves.
• Supervision of the bin department by evaluate the work plan and efficiency
• Supervises and manages the regular reporting & internal communication between his subordinates at different levels (Senior supervisor, supervisors & vice versa) as well as with process related divisions (ex. Maintenance) to ensure a quality service
• Continual optimization of our services Quality
• Continual development of the skills & give the training need of Divisional teams
• Identify training needs based on skills gaps and career progress
• Ensures correct implementation of company policies and procedures in his division 
• Identify the HSE-Critical Activities within their area and develop strategy for control of identified hazards.
• Regularly check HSE and staff training compliance with the Training Program 
• Conduct regular reviews of the HSE Management System, in the divisions, to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.
• Provides information for budgetary purposes
• Ensure all corrective actions assigned to staff arising from audits, incidents and HSE reviews are implemented on time.
• Serves as liaison to internal and external customers and responds to requests and inquiries concerning programs, policies, procedures, time scaled collections and refuse data generation, analysis and reporting
• Attends meetings, conferences, workshops and training sessions and reviews publications and audio-visual materials to become and remain current on the principles, practices and new developments in assigned work areas
• Guaranteed 24/7 service cover, responding to emergency callouts overnight and on weekends as needed.
