Position: Airline Ticketing & Reservation Agent (Internship)
Responsibilities were:
 Assists clients with routings, hotel bookings, fares information, seat
selection, special meals, special handling for handicapped persons etc.,
and provides any other assistance as necessary.
 Reconfirms and/or cancels flight reservations for customers as
requested. Includes inputting required data in assigned computer
terminal.
 Answers queries on the telephone regarding routings, bookings, fares,
type of aircraft and other air travel related information.
 Responds to all customer inquiries and handles/directs their complaints
raised by calls, emails, etc. immediately and effectively ensuring a
positive image of Speed express is always reflected.
 Handles all customers in a friendly welcoming attitude and refrains from
any attitude that might lead to customer dissatisfaction.
 Ensures all files are accurate and up to date including booking
information, schedule etc
