• Planning(Programming as per Site Activities & Resource Allocation)
• Prepare tender program and identify risk factors involved in the project.
• Prepare and monitor cost & resource loaded schedule, fulfilling all contract requirements.
• Study and analysis of riser networks/ Area divisions in the projects.
• Prepare monthly bills in early stages of the project.
• Co-ordination with the Consultants and Contractors upon finalization of overall strategy/ movement plan for the completion of milestones.
• Prepare and monitor detailed Testing & Commissioning schedule for the project.
• Internal co-ordination between Management, engineering & construction teams, to achieve the assigned/ planned targets, through optimum utilization of resources.
• Develop Project baselines for project monitoring and controlling with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure scheduled completion of activities.
• Prepare reports by recording of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Progress Curves and Graphs, look-ahead programs, etc. w.r.t. E1 log, E2 log & progress of work at site.
• Identify delayed events and factors leading to extension of the project and timely notification of the same to the consultants.
• Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claim in consecutive intervals during the complete phase of the project.
