Project Manager - PMP, FIDIC, Landscape

❖ Project management including cost control, estimation & variations.
❖ Controlling/ monitoring the project cost & cash flow and preparing of work program, payments, method statements, shop drawings, material submittals, and weekly/ monthly reports.
❖ Directing and managing the assigned project resources to best level of performance, complete the project on time, within budget, and ensure all project objectives are met successfully.
❖ Communication, liaising and meeting with other consultants and stakeholders who work adjacent/ next to the project area to obtain the necessary NOC and work permit and avoid any discrepancies and obstacles in order to ensure smooth and successful execution of the project.
❖ Execution and managing of infrastructure and superstructure projects, (Landscape and hardscape works, Road works, Villas, industrial buildings, O&M of soft & hard landscape works, pumping stations, pipelines, reservoirs, ,…), including experience in Geotechnical engineering concerning the investigation of soil layers and related laboratory test criteria.
❖ Ensuring that all the accomplished works are performed, inspected and recorded as per the approved QA/QC plan.
❖ Ensuring that all safety measures and safety plans are implemented during site work, and complied with Federal Laws and Regulations and Client requirements.
❖ Ensuring that all necessary safety and protective equipment are provided along with the properly trained and qualified personal.

1- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering - Structural Engineering Department, Damascus University, Syria, 1991.
2- ADM License as Practice Engineer.
3- Equivalent degree from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research - Department of certificates equivalence- Abu Dhabi 2013.
4- PMP (Fifth Edition).
5- Award of Excellence for a practical Guide for using the FIDIC conditions of Contract 1999.
