Bathool Magid Karrim

I am a lead teacher with over 12 years experience as an educator and 4 years experience in middle leadership. I am a change maker and strive for for excellence.

With 12 years of experience as a teacher, I transitioned into the role of Lead Teacher where I've been for the past 4 years, overseeing English, Math, and Science teachers. In this capacity, I've provided mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities while ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and educational goals. Collaborating closely with school administration, I've played a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies for student success and academic improvement.

Since completing my Bachelor of Education in 2011, I pursued further academic endeavors, culminating in an Honours degree in 2013 from UNISA. Currently, I am advancing my education by studying for a Masters in Leadership in Education through Liverpoo John Moores University, aiming to enhance my expertise and leadership skills within the educational field.
