RESPONSIBILITIES: End-to-end recruitment process: Talent Acquisition for Danfoss, First Solar, and Kone projects. Posting Jobs on Job Portals, Conducting interviews, Salary Structure Preparation, Offer Letter generation, Onboarding, induction, and Personal Files maintenance.

Holiday Working and C & B: Responsible for supporting in grading implementation and reviewing new roles.Collect employees' details working on public holidays that mention the method of compensation submission to the Labour office and ensure the employee gets compensated during payroll time. Cooperate with and coordinate 3rd parties ho hire staffs on contrach basis to different facilities e.g., external labour support. Provide technical guidance to line managers and employees regarding HR policies.

Employee Engagement: Organize team building, CSR, and Cultural activities based on a monthly calendar that helps employees develop interpersonal skills and have a diverse healthy workspace.

Secretarial works: Organize Round Table Meetings, record minutes of Meetings, Follow-up, Communication of information and updates, Managing Calendar.

Exit Processes: Receiving the resignation, Conducting exit interviews, Documenting the employee exit, communicating the information internally and externally, Planning for replacement and training of the new employee, receiving company assets, and Maintaining good relationships with the exit employees.

Gratuity Working: Preparation of gratuity with the reporting manager's approval if the employee has worked more than 5 years and is eligible for gratuity.
