Adhered to pre-established security measures to ensure safety. Clean and maintain pool area and eqipements, including monitoring chemical levels and maintaining accurate records.Communicate with pool management and patrons as needed, including reporting any incidents or accidents to the appropriate authorities.Volunteered as a life guard in local level swimming competition. During my time in Hyatt Regency, I have developed strong skills in risk management, emergency response, and customer service; successfully prevented and responded to numerous incidents.
