I would like to introduce myself as an applicant for the said position at your company as an experienced HR executive, I understand the importance of providing great customer service and accurate information to the employees of a company.
At my previous role I was responsible for providing employees with information about their benefits. I am knowledgeable about uae labor law, payroll competition and benefits, employees engagement, recruitment and on boarding, induction and i was also responsible for analyzing data, clarifying issues between managers and employees, complying with policies, and keeping a seal of confidentiality prided myself in providing excellent customer service to managers and employees. I became efficient at prioritizing tasks and knowing when to escalate issues.

General HR and Visa Administration & Leadership:
Administer or oversee the administration of human resource programs including, compensation and benefits; employee conduct and HR consulting, career planning, benefits & payroll processing, & and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale and more
At as a focal point in negotiating renewal contracts with clients as well as issued and generated annually contract with new and previous clients; manage relevant documentation for renewal and termination
Assisted the employees with respect to the visa and labour processes and issued memos as per the UAE labour laws
Process documents for government permit to handover to PRO department; further coordinate with PRO to process visa, labour and EID for employees
HR Consultancy +Client Servicing
Maintained and fostered professional collaboration with the HR department of the associated companies to drive best in class client servicing
Ensure strict adherence with the company’s set policies in undertake corrective measures in stringent deadlines and complex situations for contractual clients
Organizational Development:
Design, direct, and manage a company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management
Employee Lifecycle Management:

Compensation/Payroll Administration

Managed Payroll for 50 employees and set up and planned payroll for 4 other contracted companies
New Branch Set-up:
Played a vital role in set up of 2 new branches and processing documentation for transfer of ownership in UAE mainland and freezone
Handled coordination and administration of HR processes including new hire on-boarding, benefits orientation, promotions etc.
Developed HR Management System whilst defining employee career paths, reward systems and employee retention plans
