• Regional technical training and assessment manager for the entire eastern region (India).
• Deliver engaging mechanical and electrical training through in-person classes and video conferencing to enhance the know-how of dealer and distributor manpower especially electrical troubleshooting and engine/aggregate overhauling.
• Support customer care team in developing new dealership and in recruiting new manpower.
• Maintaining and updating all training material up to date with the latest changes.
