• Manage individual programme approval panels, providing secretariat as required including professional advice and guidance to the Chair and members of the panels, drafting reports of panel meetings, and undertaking follow-up work to ensure all conditions of approval are met.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to the Executive Director on matters relating to quality assurance and enhancement procedures, academic policies, and regulatory frameworks.
• Develop a breadth of knowledge of the work of Student Services and contribute to all aspects of its work as required, including working with senior staff to initiate change and improvements.
• Ensure that the Academy meets CAA & MOE compliance regulations & Submit reports to regulatory bodies.
• Create and evaluate strategic plans
• Manage institutional effectiveness reports and setting targets for improvement
• Creating international and national links to enhance  the student experience
• Manage the institutions non-academic departments effectiveness plans
• Monitor and evaluate compliance systems across the Academy
• Working closely with the Advance HE body to deliver course modules and training set by Advance HE 
• Support to faculty in quality assurance and compliance related matters
