Job Responsibilities:
- Budgeting the project as per the tender drawings,
- Preparing the MEP BOQ as per the tender drawings and specifications
- Evaluating the MEP quotations from various subcontractors and appointing,
- Preparing and approving work Cost breakdowns as per contracts,
- Approving Subcontractors invoice and variations as per requirements
- Co-ordination with all sub-contractors and periodically monitoring their work done.
- Inspecting site periodically to follow subordinates,
- Allocating labors as per the requirements and maintaining the output,
- Periodically monitoring site activity along with construction program,
- Preparations of running bills and submit to consultant for approval,
