Project Engineer – Fire Protection System (From August 1, 2020 to present)

Responsibilities:

• Inspection and Approvals for all WIR/MIR activities.
• Drawings review and co-ordination of all engineering aspects.
• Prepare quotation, study sheet for fire Protection System.
• Maintaining Sub contractors and preparing Measurement Certificates on monthly basis depends upon the percentages of Progress completion. 
•  Preparing Breakdown and following for Payment Certificate Approval from MEP, Main contractor and consultant. 
• Co-ordinate with Chiller line, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical ,Civil Engineers/Foreman to   complete the desired work and to avoid any deviations or any rework.
• Analyzing Variation claims and preparation of reports for approval.
• Co-ordinate the requirement and availability of resources (manpower, material & equipment) with the project manager as per site condition.
• Lead the team of foremen and Laborers to attain the productivity on daily basis and achieve the milestone as per the construction program.
• Plan and do the procurement of materials at the right time. 

Installed various protection system under my responsibility such as 

• FM 200 clean Agent system
• FOAM System
• Pre Action System
• Deluge Fire Sprinkler System.

Implementing various safety prevention systems such as

• Fire Alarm
• Emergency and Exit Light System
• Voice Evacuation System
