I am an enthusiastic and warm-hearted individual with a positive outlook on the life. I’m a person who loves a routine in my daily life and try and structure each day to be the same while doing something new. As a teacher I always try and teach my students the value of life and to always see the positive in every situation. I also believe in following your passion and you will find your purpose and that is why I studied to become a teacher. I believe I would make a great assent to your school. I'm currently a grade 2 English teacher at Somerset Methodist primary school. I have 40 children in my classroom. I'm currently in charge of planning all the lesson that will be taught in the classroom, as well as monitoring my students growth. I am also involved with the U.8 netball team with a fellow teacher.

In term 3 I had my own grade 2 class for 2 weeks, where I did all the absence, D6, tear-off slips, homework sheet and Points distributions. I was in charge of doing the base line assessments and day to day work. I was also in-charge of the foundation phase drama and had to design my own lessons.

At the beginning of 2021 and end of 2021, I completed my observation at Lochnerhof primary school. I was responsible for daily classroom administration. I had the

opportunity to help at the girls and boys cricket. I also acted as a coach and taught them how to ball. I was responsible every morning for classroom administration such as absentees, tear-off slips, sanitization and temperature readings of learners as well as helping learners who were absent to obtain the receiving necessary work and catching up.

During the first term of 2022, I worked as a Grade 2 Mathematics teacher with students at a local primary school. A fellow teacher and I taught 5 grade 2 children extra math in a fun and creative way. I also designed a math book that I gave to the students for extra fun and work.
