Over the past 9 years, I have had the privilege of working with children and young people who have faced various challenges, including mental health and disabilities, emotional and behavioral needs. I have supported these individuals in developing their skills and abilities, and have also had the opportunity to teach and provide individualized instruction to meet their unique learning needs. Through my work, I have built strong relationships with the young people I have worked with, and have been able to help them develop a positive sense of self and increase their self-esteem through 1:1 support and teaching. I am proud of the progress I have seen in my students, and am committed to continuing to provide high-quality support and education to children and young people who need it. 

With a strong foundation in Social Science and further education in Health and Social Care (Level 2 and 3), I have developed a comprehensive understanding of the complexities faced by children and young people.
