Experience

  • Represents the Chairman/Managing Director/Executive Director/COO by assisting their guests, reviewing correspondences through email, memos. Resourceful company dinners and other corporate functions. Building relationships by answering questions and meeting requests directed to the Management.

 

  • Develop itineraries and agendas including scheduling of flights, arranging transportation and accommodations not limited to personal/business travel arrangements, family leisure and the like. Prepares business calendars, meetings, conferences and workshops. 

 

  • Complete special projects as assigned by the Management that may include creative problem solving, progress oversight.  Working with multiple company departments and extensive company division.

 

  • Primarily responsible to maximize the Directors’ time and promoting a positive company image. Liaising and bridge to maintain relationships between the Management, department heads, executives and employees. In addition, keeping the company departments informed of important changes and internal company details in a regular corporate newsletter.
  • Unlimited provision to assist the Management and its Shareholders, Directors, Board Members in all aspect of works. Coordination/communication through International and local Group of companies as per business requirements. 
  • Drafting of Minutes/records of the Meeting, Board/Shareholders Resolution and other company reports.

 

  • Provides HR administration and higher level of all administration works to reaching out the project team members, property development management, and all other business cumulative related issues.
