I am a Quality Assurance and Quality Control, Food Hygiene and Safety professional offering 6 years’ experience in the Food Production and Food and Beverages (F & B) industries. I have a good mastery of HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IFS, BRC, Halal, GAP and OHSAS 18001 hence maintain a high-level quality for products and services thereby meeting customers’ satisfaction requirements which is the golden rule in food production. I have equally served as the contact person between the company and government bodies/authorities, other partners (third party) on compliance with respect to Food Quality Assurance and Quality Control, Food Hygiene and safety.
