I am pleased to apply for a teaching position at any of your school. I have demonstrated success in facilitating and supporting teachers and young children's first educational experiences. 

My career is distinguished by familiarity with Emirati culture, and US teaching experience, which allows me to create a pleasant, save atmosphere to all staff and students. During my 11 years teaching in the UAE, I have proven my ability to deliver Professional Development, observe and evaluate teachers, differentiated instruction, inspiring and motivating teachers to ensure safe and active learning environments, monitor children's social and emotional development, and resolve problems appropriately. 

Furthermore, my outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities will make me an immediate asset to your staff, parents, and community.My unwavering belief that I can motivate all staff to achieve their full potential, given a teaching atmosphere that encourages exploration and enhances teacher’s confidence, is a guiding principle behind my role as Head of Faculty and Lead Teacher.  Being part of the School Leadership Team provides me with excellent knowledge of the School Development Plan, Curriculum-based Education and Quality management of all staff.

Creating friendly and welcoming environments, incorporating diverse materials, and helping teachers to thrive are just a few of the areas in which I excel. Highlights of my expertise include: Developing and facilitating creative Professional Development to teachers and groups, emphasizing the importance of educating students in the 21st Century through technology and STEAM activities.

I will partnered with colleagues and Principal to design tailored instruction aligned to Common Core Curriculum and NGSS that lifted conversational English, reading, and writing scores, as well as through NWEA map testing.

Advanced school's vision for building a welcoming, inclusive environment that responds to staff's needs at schools in Abu Dhabi.  Using well-structured PowerPoints, digital technology, inquiry-based learning techniques, and STEAM pedagogy to build critical thinking, problem-solving, innovation, and 21st century skills.

Earning teachers’ and parents' trust, ease anxieties and worries, and foster ongoing and supportive relationship by combining my warm personality with timely and accurate planning.

Analyzing and leverage assessment data to provide feedback to teachers how to maximize students’ full potential, improve learning outcomes, and help them create differentiated lessons.
