I have been a Marine Mammal Trainer for 10 years now. I am currently working closely with sea lions. I am working under an AZA accredited facility. I am a supervisor that looks after a team of trainers. I am knowledgeable of sound animal practices using operant conditioning. I work with aggressive and blind animals. I am very keen on learning and exploring in this field. I am a nurse by profession in the Philippines and also have assisted our veterinary team in procedures. I hope to hear from you soon.

I have been working with marine mammals for 10 years now and I would like express my
intent for applying for this position.
I have been actively involved in animal training and supervision of team members in my
department. Through operant conditioning, I was able to maintain and train animal behaviors
and achieve the goals set for me. With the guidance of my management and my team,
delivering quality guest programs was made possible. I am proud to say that through the
guidance of my team, I was able to succeed in what
was expected of me. I was able to learn the animals and their behaviors. I was able to
perform husbandry and interaction programs at the best of my ability. I was able to do
the basic duties such as doing records, fish preparation, working different shifts, and
handling and training animals in programs. I was also able to manage and perform
tasks in a managerial position while my manager is away. I was able to present and live out the
company's goals through providing amazing experiences to the guests availing of the service
we provide.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
