Experience

I have learnt a lot in my current role that I have been in for the past 10years. being a Classroom assistant for that long has helped me to understand the setting of primary level especially year 1s and 2s.Behavioral management and special needs of each child are some of the most important things I learnt.

I obtained a number of certificates related to my profession all in the name of understanding my job and what is expected from me as a Classroom assistant. The daily demands from children and how best to help them improve their learning.
