I am currently working in a call center company here in Dubai for over 4 years, doing inbound and outbound calls. 2 years in Telemarketing and 2 years in Customer Service specializing in Google Maps Marketing campaign. As A telemarketer doing cold calls and converting leads to customer. As Customer Service Agent I handle complaint, retention, upselling most importantly provide customer one call resolution.
