I have a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications engineering and my courses centred on telecommunications, math, electronics engineering and circuitry. I have five+ years of experience working as an Telecom Engineer, where I gained valuable experience working with professionals in this field. My experience includes working with Sip, IPPBX, IP telephony, Contact centre, IVRs, ACDs, Chat queues, Email queues, SMS queues with multimedia servers,call recording servers, Voice Gateways, broadband data, cellular phones and landlines along with installing copper and fiber optic cabling. Designed, planned and monitoring GSM, CDMA, 2G, 3G, 4G networks. Managed microwave radios, BTS, BSC, MSC, RAN, SRAN. Troubleshooting network parameters and performed network cluster optimization based on KPI data. 

My experience also includes fieldwork and conducting inspections on user equipment and systems to determine if there are potential problems that could cause major issues in the near future or if an upgrade is in order. I have excellent communication skills with the ability to listen to the problems users have in order to determine the cause and then the troubleshooting skills to find a solution to correct the problem.

I also have experience in designing telecommunication systems with complete knowledge of circuitry and installation. I know and understand the government rules and regulations associated with these systems and I have the ability to comply with them in addition to the policies set forth by your company.
