My name is Dasni, and I am currently based in Dubai. With a diverse experience spanning Customer Care, Human Resources, Administration, Compliance, and Marketing, I bring a unique blend of expertise and a strong commitment to delivering excellence.
I have started my career as a Trainee Customer Care Officer in a reputed telecommunication industry in Sri Lanka which made me a great communicator and led as the base for all other job roles that I have performed.
I am eager to contribute to a dynamic team and am confident that my skills and experiences will add value to any organization.
Experience
My professional experience includes roles Customer care representative, as an HR & Admin Assistant at Peak Consultancy LLC, where I handled visa processes, onboarding, offboarding, Coordinating clients and administrative tasks. At Rose Rayhaan by Rotana, I interned in reservations, managing calls, reservations, reports, and payments. As an Executive HR Admin and Compliance at Sunro Graphics, I focused on onboarding, policy preparation, grievance handling, and brand audits. My tenure at Fabna Industries involved HR functions and payroll management, and at Micronet Global Services, I assisted in recruitment, onboarding, and payroll.
Education
Currently, I have completed a Higher National Diploma in Business Management and Human Resource Management and also I have a Diploma in Marketing. And I have completed an Executive Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
