Roles & Responsibilities handled:

  • Managing Project Control & Planning team
  • Preparing and getting Project Baseline / Planning Packages approved by internal Management and Client.
  • Managing Construction Progress Reporting & monitoring
  • Preparation & review of Project Time Extension claims
  • Ensuring effective project reviews with Project & Construction Manager/Engineer as per the Project Plan
  • Preparing project cost analysis and monitoring of project cost in SAGE Management Module (ERP System). 
  • Following-up with HR and Plant Department for mobilization of Resources required for the Project.
  • Establishing PMS/Rules of Credit & processing of project invoices. 
  • Managing Scope Change management and follow-up with Client for necessary approvals.
  • Supporting Contracts team in finalization of Subcontracts and Verification and Approval of Subcontractor Invoices
  • Reviewing meetings with Construction team, Management, Subcontractor and Client
  • Focusing on Resource Utilization & monitoring with construction team.
