Job Responsibility: 
• Planning the day-to-day production lines ensuring all raw materials are available on the sight, Maintaining and managing the scheduling system to support production, ERP - Microsoft Dynamics.
• Handling manpower, handling shifts, attending breakdowns, operating machines, and monitoring overall manufacturing. Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
• MS Excel Reports (keeping records of production) handling for higher management to achieve the target goals.
• Shift-wise wastage control tracking and recording, production input vs production output analysis, receiving and managing sales orders with proper coordination with logistics and the Quality Control department.
• Collecting and accessing data about production performance, organizing, analysing, and reporting data in a manner that is useful and relevant for making business decisions.
• Approving material, costs, manufacturing equipment’s and the workforce needed to manufacture. Monitoring material during production cycles to ensure continuity. 
• Coordinating with customer service, prioritizing production to ensure efficient manpower allocation and monitoring material during production cycles to ensure continuity. 
• Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training. Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labour required.
• Analysing production targets and breakdowns into objectives for each workstation per shift - planning and organizing the shift employees in achieving daily Production targets.
• Coordinating with Maintenance Manager to ensure preventive maintenance is carried out on all equipment and that operators have the necessary training with regards to preventive maintenance and operations.
• Increasing employee morale and be able to handle queries of shift workers and request related to personal health related matters, yearly leave request.
• Coordinating with Quality Team to ensure customer complaints are investigated and corrective action is completed.
• Ensuring employee development – Training and mentoring and providing skills development.
