Regarding my career, I currently serve as Compliance Manager at International Humanitarian City in Dubai, UAE, where I spearhead the formulation and enhancement of AML and counter-terrorism financing frameworks, addressing complex risk areas and ensuring global regulatory alignment. In this role, I also lead digital compliance transformation, manage stakeholder relations with government entities, and contribute to the UAE’s FATF-IO5 National Action Plan. My efforts have strengthened due diligence procedures, optimized risk mitigation, and enhanced compliance efficiency across operations. Prior to this, I held compliance leadership roles at Sharjah Publishing City Freezone and FWU Takaful, where I directed regulatory alignment, policy reform, and audit enhancements across multiple jurisdictions. My journey began in financial product advisory, where I gained practical exposure to audit processes and quality assurance. Throughout this journey, I have built trusted professional relationships with stakeholders and senior management, enhancing my ability to contribute effectively to the organization's objectives.

Moving on to my education, I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from Arts, Science & Technology University in Lebanon (AUL). Additionally, I have completed multiple certifications in AML, regulatory frameworks, and financial rules, including the CAMS certification and programs from CISI and ACAMS, which have strengthened my compliance acumen.
