 AMCA Nursing Assistant Certificate (CNA ) by American Medical Certification Association in Dubai, United
Arab Emirates.
 Certified Nursing Assistant Training certificate, acknowledge and human developed authority, approved by
government of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
 Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid Training Certificate. (CPR / AED / ECG Training)
 Certificate in Elderly Care and Caring for the Disabled by ALISON.
 Diploma in Human Resource Management from National Youth Services Council, Sri Lanka
 Certificate in Spoken English by Sudarshi Institute, Kandy Sri Lanka.
I have worked as a Nursing Assistant in Vibhawa Ayurvedic Clinic in Sri Lanka for nearly seven years. My duties and
responsibilities were,
 Taking and recording a patient’s temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates (vital sign).
 Transporting patients around from one place to another.
 Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
 Helping patients to walk and use a wheelchair.
 Assisted physical therapist with all patients to help them physically move and walk.
 Provided support to professional therapists, taking notes, fetching tools or information, and providing insight.
 Oversaw patients when physician was unable to or busy.
 Fulfilled minor administration duties on a weekly basis.
 Assist with SARVANGA treatment, which is a specialized Ayurvedic therapy used to treat various ailments like
inflammatory conditions, Muscular-skeletal disorders, neurological disorders, skin disorders, Diabetic neuropathy,
Psychological disorders, sports injury etc.
 Assist bedridden or otherwise incapacitated patients with basic comfort and health tasks, including bathing, turning,
grooming, eating, and exercising.
 Oversee patient condition and alert physician to any changes or emergencies.
 Scheduled appointments and organized clients, answered calls and inquiries quickly and accurately.
 Preparing patients for treatment and setting up medical equipment.
Currently I am working as a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant in a steel trading company in Dubai, UAE. My responsibilities
of this role is as below,
 Providing necessary support by screening and routing mail or telephone calls, and forwarding them to the
concerned department for quick resolutions of customer issues.
 Scheduling interstate client appointment / meetings for the senior executives Confidentiality by making appropriate
travel and accommodation arrangements for them.
 Greeting, welcoming clients, and ensuring their comfort during the business meeting.
